We are very excited to invite you to the Barrhaven Key Club annual fundraiser barbecue. The Barrhaven Key Club is a student-run community club that is dedicated to giving back to the community. The Key Club of Barrhaven will be hosting its annual barbecue event in the lot in front of Barrhaven Sobey’s (1581 Greenbank Rd) on Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm. There will be food and activities available at the event
All profits after expenses will be donated to the Canadian Food For Children organization, an organization that provides meals for children and families in developing countries. Key Club International has made a significant difference in the lives of high school students and communities around the world through other fundraisers, including our earlier project this year to raise money for UNICEF. The 20 members of the Key Club of Barrhaven also remain committed to contributing to meeting the needs of our local community through service projects, such as bottle drives and cake sales and volunteering at our local homeless shelters.
