Ottawa 67's vs. Guelph Storm - OHL Championship Starts Thursday

The stage is finally set! Your Eastern Conference Champion Ottawa 67’s will take on the Western Conference Guelph Storm in the Ontario Hockey League Championship, beginning Thursday night inside the Arena at TD Place.

These two teams have had incredible runs leading up to this final. Ottawa has won 12 straight playoff games in the postseason. Three series where they’ve swept Hamilton, Sudbury and Oshawa with 4 consecutive wins.

Meanwhile, Guelph has won 7 straight elimination games. After being down 3 games to none against London, then 3 games to 1 against Saginaw, the Storm went on to win 7 straight elimination games. (Meaning if Guelph lost any of those games, they would have been knocked out of the playoffs.)

This is going to an epic series. The winner takes the J Ross Robertson Cup and will represent the Ontario Hockey League at the 2019 Memorial Cup in Halifax.

So, who will win this series?

The OHL Championship begins Thursday night. Puck drops for game one just after 7 PM.
