Elgin Street Revitalization - Traffic/Parking Changes Begin Monday

As the revitalization project on Elgin Street continues (to be completed in 2019), the next phase will kick in on Monday, July 16th, effecting traffic and parking between MacLeod and Isabella. So, plan accordingly.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions. There will be no parking available in this stretch. However, free parking will be available at Ottawa city hall for patrons on weekends and after 6 PM on weekdays. This will help the businesses and patrons in the construction area.

Here’s the list of what will be impacted, courtesy of the City of Ottawa.
