Fun, social atmosphere with gambling, drinks, light canapés, and great DJs. Must be 19+ to attend.
Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation
The Grand Casino will raise funds to support the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation’s Cancer Coaching, and programs like Back to Work, which provide the education and support needed to transition back into the workplace after undergoing cancer treatment.
Event Format
Each guest receives $500 in “Welch dollars” to use at the various gambling tables. Leading up to the event you can earn additional “Welch Dollars” by fundraising online with the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation. For every $1 raised online you will receive an additional $1 of “Welch Dollars” to use for gambling.
Prize Auction
For every $500 earned in “Welch Dollars”, guests can exchange them for one raffle ticket. You can drop your raffle tickets in any of the individual prize boxes. One ticket will be drawn for each respective prize to determine the winner.
